When I was a kid I dreamed of becoming a pop-star (liked to sing) and marry a farmer (loved animals).

Dreams that never came true. Thank God!

My professional career is pretty … mixed. I was a pre-school teacher and I have worked with children on hospitals and in maternity wards. I have worked as a singer in pubs, with my guitar, and in bands. Once in a soul band with a brass section! Awesome!

I married an american and lived with him in Michigan for two years. There, I worked in a lighting and home decorating store as a lighting consultant. Show me an American TV show and I will tell you the brand if the lamps you see!

And yes, I was a waitress for a short while, the worst one ever!

Now, I am a portrait photographer. I specialize in newborn photography and adore my life as a creative entrepreneur! To indulge in every new idea – heaven!

When I started my business in 2009 I had a steady contract as a language teacher (French and English) since 13 years. I was truly a passionate and dedicated teacher who eventually started to feel more and more unhappy the more our schoolsystem morphed in to something different than when I started. A place where I just didn’t feel at home any more. At that time I had developed an other passion;  Photography.

I have never regretted changing careers again! Some of my friends think I am only passing through this profession but I believe I’m hooked! Especially now that I have found a genre I love.

And there are always new twists to find within an area of interest. My podcast is only one of them.
